Is the deposit really only £100?

Yes. Nothing more to pay, we promise. No upfront rent and no agency fees.

What bills are included in my rent?

Electricity, gas, water, TV licence and superfast broadband/Wi-FI are all included :-)

Can you take me to a viewing?

Yes, or we'll pay for an Uber to get to any viewing.

Do I need to come into your offices to sign up?

No – it can ALL be done online via electronic sign up from the comfort of your sofa. Nice and easy!

How about Covid-19 and physical viewings?

Our student's safety is our top priority. If you prefer a physical viewing we'll arrange your transport, check your temperature and provide a facemask if you don't have one - in line with government guidance. This keeps us all safe :-) BUT you can choose our Zoom and virtual viewings an an alternative.

Can I add cleaning services?

Sure - give us a call and we can arrange this for you.

Are there shops and supermarkets nearby?

Yes, there are major supermarkets and shop close to all our houses.
